ICF Mentor Coaching for ACC

The Kintana Institute offers a comprehensive 10-hour ICF mentoring coaching program designed to build your confidence, ensure consistency, and pave the way for your success. This program includes 7 small-group clinics and 3 private sessions, all led by an ICF-approved coach mentor. Our aim is to help coaches enhance their skills and achieve their ACC credentials.

  • Coaches who have completed a 60 or 125-credit hour Coach Training program from any ICF-accredited coach training organization.
  • Coaches applying for and or renewing their ACC credential.

Mentor Coaching Focus:

  • ICF core competency principles and practices.
  • Life coaching case scenarios for discussion and application.
  • Demonstration of life coaching with students.
  • Coaching around and strategies for taking the ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment.
  • Review of coaching demonstrations, identifying areas of improvement and excellence.
  • Direct discussion and feedback on your readiness to apply for you ACC.

Group Mentor Coaching Sessions:

  • In-depth exploration of ICF Core Competencies 1-8.

About Your Coach

Executive & Mentor Coach Profile

Alison is a dedicated professional coach, endowed with a natural talent for reading emotions, creating an environment of trust and security, and supporting individuals, young and old, to reach their full potential, experiencing joy and personal effectiveness in their self-actualization and success. She is also a passionate and lifelong learner and graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa. With significant leadership experience early on in her career, she has overseen substantial budgets. Furthermore, as a high-achieving student, Alison has been teaching, coaching, and tutoring since her undergraduate days. Her unique style and mindset enable clients and students to unlock even greater possibilities than they had imagined, promoting healthy organizational growth, increased engagement, confidence, and mental well-being.

Alison started a full-time career in coaching as a career coach and resume writer in 2014, was certified ACC in 2021, and PCC in 2024. She has over 1000 hours of paid coaching in the last few years alone and works full-time with clients across the world. Her background in business and civil society, NGO management and leadership, along with her work with positive intelligence and yoga practice, adds depth to her coaching approach. Living in Madagascar, Alison is also the founder of Sekoly Kintana Montessori and the Kintana Institute for Coaching and Training in Madagascar.

Total Cost:

$600 per participant*

Group Coaching:

  • Join up to 10 dynamic group sessions over a three-month period, fostering collaborative learning and growth.

Private Sessions:

  • Receive 3 personalized, 60-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions, tailored to address your specific needs and accelerate your progress.

Additional Support:

  • Need extra support? Add additional private sessions for just $150 per session.
  • Add a critique of your 30-minute video session for just $150 per video (transcript required).
